Like all prized possessions, it takes a bit of effort to attain the satisfaction of experiencing villa Agriada’s not inconsiderable charms. The steep incline of the driveway should be regarded as a paltry token in exchange for views, normally reserved for those with wings ! A contemporary and modern exterior is tempered inside with exposed stone walls, leather and hardwood, creating a clean, bright and relaxing ambience. The unique, crescent shape of the building allows almost every room to enjoy breathtaking views, that stretch out over the large, iridescent, infinity-edged swimming pool, to the horizon. On a clear day, the Greek mainland and other Greek islands are clearly visible against the deep, cobalt blue backdrop of the Ionian sea.

As with all the luxury villas in Old Skala, the concept of outdoor living is a key factor in the layout of Agriada and a number of well placed windows and doors allow both easy access to these areas and ensure that those captivating Kefalonian views are a memorable part of your holiday. Entrance to the villa brings you directly into the open plan dining and kitchen area. To the left is a bright, modern, lounge area with inviting sofas and leather chairs, around a low coffee table and 3 sets of patio doors leading out from both the lounge and dining areas to the pool terrace, where a shaded veranda awaits complete with “al-fresco” dining area. To the right of the entrance on the ground floor, is the delightful master double bedroom, with a bed facing patio doors that lead out to the terrace and sea views. Upstairs, a small landing divides the two, well appointed bedrooms and here, each has a door that leads out onto a large, shared terrace where the view is fast becoming “legend” !
